About the founder

hiringminds was founded in 1999 by, David N. Swaim, a Marketing professional with over twelve years of hands on recruitment experience. Prior to starting hiringminds, David was a full service recruiter at Paladin Staffing in San Francisco, California. David helped open the office back in 1997 and became an integral part in the office's early success and profitability. He specialized in Advertising, Marketing, e-commerce, Web Design, New Business Development/Sales, Communications and Project Management. Prior to Paladin Staffing, David was an Advertising Manager at KCRA/KQCA-TV, one of the nations top NBC/UPN affiliates, located in Sacramento California. At KCRA/KQCA-TV, David developed and implemented strategic advertising and marketing programs for over fifty clients, resulting in increased awareness and positive sales growth. David holds a B.A. in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
